1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Tiraz Digital ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our website (tirazdigital.com) or engaging our agency for digital marketing, web design and development, SEO, content creation, or e-commerce services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from accessing our website or utilizing our professional services.

2. Agency Services & Project Scope

Tiraz Digital provides tailored digital growth services including website development, user experience design, search engine optimization (SEO), digital advertising management, video content creation, and e-commerce marketplace scaling.

• All client projects are executed under a mutually agreed Scope of Work (SOW), proposal, or contract.
• Any deliverables, timelines, or specifications outside the agreed SOW will be subject to a separate change order or revision quote.
• Project timelines depend upon timely delivery of client feedback, branding assets, and approvals.

3. Client Obligations & Content Provision

The client agrees to provide all necessary logos, copy, imagery, account access, and approvals required for project completion in a timely manner. The client warrants that all assets provided do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

4. Payment Terms & Invoicing

Unless stated otherwise in your project contract, agency engagements adhere to the following payment schedules:

• Website & Creative Projects: 50% advance deposit prior to kickoff, with remaining milestone payments due upon completion and prior to final source code deployment or domain handover.
• Monthly Retainers (SEO & Marketing): Invoiced in advance on a monthly recurring basis, payable within 7 days of invoice issuance.
• Late payments beyond 15 days may result in a temporary pause of active campaigns or development work.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full settlement of all outstanding invoices, the client receives full ownership of the final custom design files, digital assets, and website code created exclusively for their project.

Tiraz Digital retains the right to display project screenshots, case studies, and performance metrics in our agency portfolio and marketing collateral, unless covered by an explicit written Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

6. Revisions & Maintenance

Website projects include up to two (2) rounds of revisions during the wireframing and staging phase. Post-launch support includes a complimentary 14-day warranty period for bug fixes directly related to delivered code. Ongoing updates and server maintenance are covered under our monthly maintenance retainer.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tiraz Digital employs industry-standard best practices in SEO, advertising, and development. However, we do not guarantee specific third-party search engine rankings or advertising conversion rates due to external algorithmic and marketplace variables. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Navi Mumbai / Mumbai, Maharashtra, or the applicable jurisdiction defined in international client contracts (including UAE engagements).
